Return & Refund Policy

At AceMotoUSA, we want our customers to be confident in their purchase. Because many of our products are specialty motorcycle, garage, workshop, and powersports-related items, all returns must meet the conditions below.

Return policy overview

Please review the requirements below before sending any product back. All returns require prior authorization and must be unused, uninstalled, complete, and in original packaging.

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Approved returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Return Window

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused
  • Uninstalled
  • In new, resaleable condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Complete with all parts, hardware, manuals, accessories, and documentation
Condition requirement Items that show signs of use, installation, wear, damage, modification, or missing components are not eligible for return.

Return Authorization Required

All returns must be approved before being shipped back.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Your full name
  • The item you want to return
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos of the item and packaging

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization may be refused.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving the wrong item.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. AceMotoUSA is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Restocking Fee

Approved returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

This fee helps cover inspection, handling, payment processing, repackaging, and inventory costs.

The restocking fee may be waived at our discretion if the return is due to an error on our part.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Installed or used products
  • Products with signs of wear, damage, or modification
  • Items missing original packaging, parts, or accessories
  • Special-order items
  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Electrical components
  • Opened hardware kits or parts bags
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to improper use, installation, storage, or handling

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 business days of delivery.

Please include photos of:

  • The product
  • The packaging
  • The shipping label
  • Any visible damage

We will review the issue and work with you on a replacement, exchange, refund, or carrier claim where appropriate.

Damage reporting window Damage reported after 3 business days may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refunds may be reduced by:

  • Restocking fees
  • Missing parts or accessories
  • Damage to the item or packaging
  • Non-refundable shipping charges

Exchanges

Exchanges may be available depending on product availability.

If you need a different item, contact us before placing a new order so we can help determine the best solution.

Order cancellations Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be handled as a return if eligible.

Refused Deliveries

If a shipment is refused or returned to us because the customer declined delivery, provided an incorrect address, or failed to pick up the shipment, the refund may be reduced by:

  • Original shipping cost
  • Return shipping cost
  • Carrier fees
  • Restocking fee

Final Decision

AceMotoUSA reserves the right to refuse any return or refund that does not meet the conditions of this policy.
